Try this recipe out if you’re craving something cold & sweet. Although the Whole 30 plan discourages making desserts of any kind I am a dessert lover & just need them sometimes.
Made with healthy ingredients that taste as if you’re having a diner milkshake;) 🥑🍌🍨
- 1 really ripe banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cacao
- 1 tbsp almond butter (Justin’s is the best!)
- 1/4 cup ice
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dish of nutmeg
- Splash of coconut almond milk (careful with the almond milks many of them have sugar)
