Not Even Guilty Chocolate Banana Shake

Try this recipe out if you’re craving something cold & sweet. Although the Whole 30 plan discourages making desserts of any kind I am a dessert lover & just need them sometimes.

Made with healthy ingredients that taste as if you’re having a diner milkshake;) 🥑🍌🍨


  • 1 really ripe banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (Justin’s is the best!)
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dish of nutmeg
  • Splash of coconut almond milk (careful with the almond milks many of them have sugar)

Blend & Enjoy!
