Vanilla chia pudding

Way better than Yoplait! 😋 Here’s a breakfast you can take on the go with all good for you ingredients. Make it in 5 minutes with less than 5 ingredients. It’ll be all ready in the a.m. 🙂


  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Directions: Blend the coconut milk, chia, and vanilla extract. Stir in honey then cinnamon. Let harden in fridge for a few hours or overnight for best taste.

I topped mine with crushed nuts, bananas, and berries, but you can choose whatever you like. 😚 Enjoy!

Store bought yogurt and pudding is filled with so many unnecessary ingredients. Ton of sugar, carbs and sodium for no reason. Start your morning with something delicious and nutritious– try out this chia see pudding. You’ll be hooked-promise😋🍯🍓👌🏼
