Non-Scale Victories

I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but there are a ton of “non-scale victories” that keep me fighting and pushing for more everyday! Sometimes it’s not about the goal number– it’s about how you feel, how your clothes fit, and how healthy your body is inside. 🙂

Here are some of my exciting victories from changing the foods I eat and forcing myself to get some kind of exercise in. No limiting portions, counting, or using shakes and wraps.

  • Having to take links off of my watch
  • Losing my double/triple chin
  • Wearing jeans and not feeling stuffed
  • Taking my bra off and not having that indent line below my chest
  • Not visiting a doctor in over a year
  • My face becoming clearer of blemishes
  • Waking up with more energy
  • Having crazy strong nails that grow really fast
  • Walking up stairs without losing my breath
  • Having to donate dress pants that are way too saggy
  • Seeing the little dimples on my lower back for the 1st time ever … always just said I don’t have those! Lol
  • My belly button turning into a little circle instead of big line
  • Losing the circle bulge around my knee/thigh
  • Encouraging others
  • Feeling happier
