almond açaí bowl

I was so sick of the usual eggs I just needed something cold and refreshing for a change. These bowls you can make really quick with frozen açaí packets, fruit, and nuts.


  • Trader Joe’s Frozen açaí
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp chia
  • Berries
  • Nut butter


  1. Run the frozen açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds breaking it apart a bit if you can.
  2. Add yogurt, spinach, kale, then açaí to blender. (You may have to use a knife to break the açaí into chunks. Blend well.
  3. Pour mix into a bowl. Top with fresh fruit and nuts, drizzle with almond butter and sprinkle with chia seeds.
