I was so sick of the usual eggs I just needed something cold and refreshing for a change. These bowls you can make really quick with frozen açaí packets, fruit, and nuts.
- Trader Joe’s Frozen açaí
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup kale
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 tsp chia
- Nut butter
- Run the frozen açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds breaking it apart a bit if you can.
- Add yogurt, spinach, kale, then açaí to blender. (You may have to use a knife to break the açaí into chunks. Blend well.
- Pour mix into a bowl. Top with fresh fruit and nuts, drizzle with almond butter and sprinkle with chia seeds.
