Snacking

So many diets say not to snack, but I just don’t think that’s realistic.. or fun. When I meal prep I always pack a big bag of good snacks that will keep me on track when I don’t have time or from going crazy and over doing it when it’s time for a full meal.

These are some of my favorite everyday snacks that don’t have too many terrible ingredients.

My favorites:

  • Rx bars
  • Lara bars
  • Trader Joe’s fruit bars
  • Nuts & dried fruit
  • Dried mangos
  • Fruit
