The frozen ones have a ton of unneeded ingredients. These fresh ones are so much more delicious. They get crispy and tasty with little effort.
- Preheat oven to 475′
- Wash and scrub potatoes of your choice
- Slice your potatoes into fries or chunks
- Coat the bottom of a cookie sheet with melted ghee or oil
- Bake for about 10 minutes on each side
- Season with salt & pepper
